Danceteria is a weekly improvisation practice created in August of 2019 by Posy Knight to provide a safe space for people to explore their relationship to movement and others. Now more than ever we need to reclaim our own interior spaces and practice mind-body maintenance and community connection. Join by video using zoom and/or tune in using twitch to hear Colorado based DJ Wise's continuous collage of soul, funk and r&b.

DanceCircus and Neighborhood House
Site/Sight—through January 15

A video collaboration of DanceCircus and Neighborhood House Youth Poets available on demand via Vimeo at www.turbulenceproject.com.
Directed by Betty Salamun with dance and poetry embodied as video by Dan Boville, these videos build on the poems written and performed by youth poets at Neighborhood House. The youth poets’ concerns, #blacklivesmatter and #home, interconnect with site specific dance performances by DanceCircus and community dancers in Milwaukee’s Avenues West neighborhood.
